Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but due to the nature of our products, not everything is eligible for return. Please read carefully:

Stickers & Magnets

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if your item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition/packaging.

  • To start a return, contact us at honeybisonyt@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos if applicable.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

  • Once inspected and approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Digital Products (PDF Download)

  • All digital products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once downloaded. If you experience an issue accessing your file, email us at honeybisonyt@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.

Paperback via Amazon

  • If you purchased the Amazon paperback version, returns must be handled directly through Amazon’s return system under their policies. We cannot process or accept returns for books purchased through Amazon.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products (PDFs)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your eligible item for a refund (if approved) and place a new order.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds typically appear within 10 business days after approval. If it’s been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your refund, please contact us at honeybisonyt@gmail.com.
